Refund Policy

Original Paintings

 

 

If you change your mind after receiving an original artwork, you have 3 days from the date you received it to let us know.

You may either exchange the product for another original artwork or ask for a refund to your original payment method, less a 20% processing fee calculated from the total purchase amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please include photographs of the issue with your request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted for refund.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Suppose the original artwork arrives damaged or misrepresented. In that case, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days (please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund).

All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in ZAR.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

​Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently do not support returns because the products you order are personalised and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please get in touch with studio@jessicawebster.art within 24 hours of receiving the item, and we will do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible.

If a replacement order is not feasible or you can't wait for a new order to arrive, please let us know when you reach out, and we'll issue a refund.

COLOUR CONSISTENCY

Printing is a chemical process, and 100% consistency cannot always be achieved. Multiple factors influence colour consistency and the final result, including machine type, machine settings, surface type (e.g., acrylic or aluminium), and humidity.

Colour variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

If you receive defective or damaged orders that were not caused by the print content, we will cover the costs of a new order. This includes:

  1. Damage to the delivered products​

  2. Errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products

LOST ORDERS

For packages lost in transit, please contact studio@jessicawebster.art within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order.
