• Encrypted Communication: I utilise secure, end-to-end encrypted platforms for the transfer of all reference materials.

• Controlled Access: Reference imagery is never stored on a cloud or a public-facing device. It resides on a dedicated, offline drive accessible only to me.

• Permanent Deletion: Upon completion and your final approval of the commission, all digital and physical reference materials are permanently destroyed/purged.

• Creative Rights: While I retain the copyright to the artwork, I will never display, publish, or reproduce a commissioned portrait of a private individual without your explicit, written consent.
